All rates are in Euros, per Junior suite, Suite Prestige, Apartment per night incl. full buffet breakfast in the Restaurant, and VAT (5%).     
     
1. General Conditions     
Maximum occupancy per Junior suite: 2 persons + 1 child until 12 years of age or 3rd person in extra bed
Maximum occupancy per Junior Suite Emotion: 2 people + 1 child until 12 years of age or 3rd person in extra bed
Maximum occupancy per Junior Suite SPA: 2 people     
Maximum occupancy per Suite/ Suite Prestige: 2 people + 2 children or 3rd person in extra bed     
Maximum occupancy per apartment T2: 4 persons in 2 bedrooms + 2 children until 12 years of age or 5th person in extra bed     
Maximum occupancy per apartment T3: 6 persons in 3 bedrooms + 2 children until 12 years of age or 7th person in extra bed     
** Thalassotherapy treatments not available on Sundays afternoon    
Free use of Sauna, Turkish Bath and Fitness Room     
Check-in time : 2pm / Check-out time: 12.00 noon     
Animals are not allowed in the resort     
     
2. Easter Period     
April 01-04 - minimum 3 nights stay     
     
3. Children Policy (up to 12 years of age)     
Maximum one child until 12 years of age, free of charge on a BB basis, in a baby cot or extra bed, when sharing with two paying adults     
Second room : 50% discount for children up 12 years of age, except during the period of July 20- August 23     
Half board: 50% discount on HB for children 3-12 years of age     
Koala Club: supervised program available for children from 5 till 12 years of age - free of charge in 2010 
Playground without supervison - free of charge
Koala Club open from 15th March until 31st October, from Wednesday until Sunday
Easter, Portuguese holidays in June and Summer season: open all days of the week

4. Cancellation Policy     
Period A: In case of no-show or cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date;1 night charge will apply     
Period B: In case of a no-show or cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date; 2 nights charge will apply     
Period C: In case of no-show or cancellation 21 days prior to arrival date; 3 nights charge will apply
