Thalassotherapy employs seawater as an effective means of treating a range of disorders, especially those of a chronic nature. In this section, we focus on the Marine Slimming/Anti-Cellulite Cure, a thalassotherapy cure that treats problems including swelling and cellulite, which are caused by the accumulation of impurities, toxins, fats and free radicals in the skin. This cure uses techniques such as underwater massage, pool gymnastics and other specific reinvigorating treatments that contribute significantly to the drainage of cellulite and fat. A hypocaloric diet rich in low-calorie foods is an essential complement to this cure, insofar as it guarantees continuous weight loss as body fat decreases.

The exact type of treatment chosen takes into account your specific personal aims, the initial medical consultation assessing your state of health as indicated by your anthropometric profile (measurements, weight, body mass index and body fat percentage) and the evolution of the disorder in question, in this case localised fat.

The Marine Slimming/Anti-Cellulite Cure is administered over a period of six days and consists of the following:
